Following successful ventures in Aberdeen, Glasgow and Birmingham, The Spires Serviced Apartments approached Form Design Consultants, to design 18 apartments as they looked to expand their portfolio into the Edinburgh market.
Located on Hanover Street, in the heart of Edinburgh’s New Town, the brief was to transform a block of serviced offices, over three floors of a Grade B listed building, into a combination of contemporary studios, one bed and two bed apartments.
Drawing inspiration from the national flower of Scotland, the thistle, and the Edinburgh landscape, the apartments have been designed with a contemporary feel that aims to give guests a welcoming space for them to escape to, within the heart of the city.
