Circulation for collaboration

The fit out aligns with RLG’s roadmap to Zero Carbon, and will likely achieve WELL AP Platinum.

Material and product selection was key, as was the reuse of existing materials and furniture.

The architecture of the building is angular, which meant many elements within the fit out were bespoke.

RLG and Form worked with Overbury to implement highly complex elements, such as the timber ceilings and inset lighting in the meeting suites.

Other bespoke elements included two new staircases, designed to improve circulation between the main office floors, breakout areas on each floor to encourage collaboration, and a significant joinery package.

Perspective

The office has a natural palette with biophilic elements incorporated throughout the interior.

This perfectly complements the spectacular views across the City of London’s evolving built environment.
