A larger, more versatile office space was key to Lumacron's continued success following their rapid growth over a number of years.
Dynamic fit out
Form was honoured to be part of Lumacron's journey which necessitated the design and execution of a dynamic office fit out at 4-5 Lochside Avenue, Edinburgh.
The primary objective was to create an environment that not only accommodates the company's expansion, but also enhances the overall work experience for its dedicated team.
Wellbeing
The new office space boasts a spacious and stylish boardroom, reflecting Lumacron's professionalism.
Additionally, Form integrated a dedicated First Aid room and a comfortable mothers' room, prioritizing the wellbeing of Lumacron's diverse workforce.
To promote an inclusive and engaging workplace culture, Form introduced an expansive breakout area equipped with recreational activities, including table tennis, darts and a golf simulator.
And, for those with an active commute, modern shower facilities were incorporated, encouraging sustainable choices such as cycling and running.
Forward looking
Lumacron's vision for growth was further supported by the provision of additional desks and expanded laboratory spaces, complemented with a private delivery area.
Form is proud to have played a role in realizing Lumacron's aspirations, providing them with a functional and aesthetically pleasing workspace that aligns seamlessly with their evolving needs.
