Ediston is an Edinburgh based property investment, development and asset management company, working with clients both nationally and globally.
In Lead Design Consultant role, Form worked closely with Ediston's project team to understand the business requirements for their newly refurbished CAT A office.
The 4,452 sq ft open plan space features exposed structure, services and brickwork, creating a de-furbished look.
Ediston occupy the first floor, which gives exclusivity to the full height glazed central atria. The north side of the building features a unique circular turret space, with views across St Andrew Square.
The floorplate is devised to accommodate three private meeting rooms, a 1:1 working area, an informal work space, a comfortable lounge, a quiet study area, a generous breakout, as well as an open plan office area comprising 24 workstations.
The selected finishes include umber clad partitions, silver-grey solid oak and petrol blue flooring and wall tiles. Tones of grey, crisp white work surfaces and planting are also visible throughout the workspaces to create a quality, tactile and modern interior.
