Teamwork: Formidables - The Cook Off!

Moving from a world of virtual support, guidance, mentoring and collaboration to the real-life version has been invaluable in terms of our organisation's culture, but particularly important for welcoming those who joined our team whilst we worked from home.

There's nothing quite like having our full team back working together again after such a long hiatus, but the Formidables went a step further and enjoyed an evening of culinary delights at Edinburgh New Town Cookery School in May.

Our team-working and group dynamics were very well tested in the heat of the kitchen, with the end result being a fantastic three course dinner at the end of a fun evening!
