Realising our workplace potential

A decade of commercial interior design in London saw Rodi return to Scotland with a renewed passion for demonstrating the impact of healthy environments on the people within them. As a result, Form DC was set up in 2013.

Taking in the views, after a strenuous climb to the top of an unbagged Munro, is one of his favourite ways to relax.

Andy balances his time between Design Leadership, Management and Business Development. He is as passionate about a spreadsheet and process as he is about creative workplace design.

Outwith Interiors, Andy is at home in the great outdoors. Most weekends he can be found up a hill hiking, cycling or camping - 'all the gear but nae idea'!

Morag is responsible for running Form’s larger projects. She has a particular interest in Health and Wellbeing, and Sustainability in the workplace, and is part of the team who are instrumental in bringing this to the forefront of Form’s design ethos.

Away from the world of office design, Morag is never happier than when outside gardening, and is currently studying for an RHS Certificate in Horticulture.

Heather is responsible for HR, IT, Finance and Marketing and, with a scientific background, she takes pride in being the least creative member of the studio! Recently, she's enjoyed studying for, and attaining, the Chartered Institute of Marketing's Certificate in Professional Digital Marketing.

Favourite things - musicals, Scotland's West Coast, our local Wellington coffee, travelling...

Manu comes from a technical background in the Construction Industry, with experience in both residential and commercial sectors. An experienced AutoCAD drafter, he's always looking to create not only accurate, but appealing architectural drawings.

Manu loves collecting Scottish words and has a notebook full of them. Please feel free to contact him and send any that cross your mind.

Katherine has been a Formidable since 2016, joining shortly after completing her studies in Interior & Spatial Design.

If she isn’t away exploring, she can be found swimming at Portobello Beach, or trying out the latest foodies' hot spot.

Kieran studied Interior & Environmental Design at the University of Dundee.

In his downtime he likes to cook, and enjoy a glass of wine, take daily walks, and spend time with family. He also enjoys planning getaways, with friends, throughout the year.

Imogen joined Form after graduating from Napier with a BDes Hons in Interior & Spatial Design. A strong technical background, with experience in the construction industry, her designs strive to be practical and sustainable, and she enjoys expressing creativity through conceptual sketches, working them into visualisations for clients.

Free time is spent in the local pub, or coffee shop, socialising with friends. When not out discovering Edinburgh's new restaurants, she hosts dinner parties, finding cooking for others therapeutic and rewarding.

Coralie studied Interior Design at Northumbria University before starting her career in the design industry. Taking influence from working in various sectors such as workplace, retail and events design, she enjoys seeing a concept come to life and creating sustainable, unique and beautiful spaces.

Outside of work, Coralie loves finding a new craft, getting out for a run and will always be the most excited about a cheeseboard selection!

Sara completed her Bachelor’s Degree in Interior & Spatial Design in 2017, and her Master’s Degree in Advanced Sustainable Design in 2018. She loves meaningful, people-focused interiors which are healthy, sustainable and beautiful.

In her free time she loves dancing Argentinian tango and painting. Not too much of a sports fan, a nice stroll on Edinburgh’s shore, with café and a book, is definitely a perfect way to spend the day!

Cherry is from Hong Kong, where she studied Spatial Design, and has been working in the industry for over 15 years. She has a strong background in corporate design. In 2020 she moved from Hong Kong, with her family, to start her new design journey in Scotland.

In her free time, she loves to do yoga (qualified to teach yoga and prenatal yoga), pottery, meeting with friends and spending time with family.

Mollie joined Form after graduating with a BA(Hons) in Interior Design from ECA. She has a keen interest in biophilic design and a passion for creating interior environments which intrinsically suit their inhabitants.

Her downtime is spent cooking, going for walks in beautiful places, or curled up in a cosy pub with a pint of Aspalls. Mollie also has a big love of anything green and leafy, with an ever growing collection of houseplants.

Jax graduated from Edinburgh Napier University with a BDes (Hons) in Interior and Spatial design. She aims to create beautiful and functional spaces with the needs of people at their core and seeks to design environments, which foster positivity and wellbeing, in which people can enjoy spending time.

In her free time, Jax enjoys swimming and pilates, loves a long beach walk at the weekend, spending time with family and planning trips and exploring new places with friends.
