Following a complete Landlord Fit Out of the property, InterGen approached Form Design Consultants to facilitate and design their move from the 3rd to the newly CAT A refurbished 2nd floor.
Working alongside the Landlord’s design team, Form ensured the CAT A works were suitable for InterGen’s requirements.
Working as Lead Consultant, Form undertook staff briefing workshops to fully understand the requirements and desires for the new office, and a full concept design was developed to fit.
People focus
As the space plan developed, a series of cellular meeting rooms were designed within the 10,200 sq ft open plan office.
A large gathering space was created with the technology required to link with other regional offices throughout the world, thus incorporating InterGen’s Teamwork and Community values.
Form’s careful specification and selection of furniture further enhanced the light, open space, creating a fresh feel.
