Form DC was brought in to navigate BREEAM and WELL certifications.

In order to acheive these high ratings, CBRE Design Collective's drawings were tailored to align with Scottish regulations, resulting in a workspace which exceeds the associated environmental and wellness standards.

Environment

Unique to the office space is the innovative curved wall design, inspired by Glasgow's local stratum colours, adding both aesthetic appeal and a sense of local connection.

A spacious reception area with circular meeting room, kitchenette, visitors' focus spaces, cafe area, private booths and various meeting rooms all work together to promote employee well-being and collaboration.
