Nigiri, Makizushi, Temarizushi.... nourishing creativity!

Taking a break from normal projects, the Formidables have been trying out design skills in the kitchen - learning sushi preparation, tempura cooking, rolling, balling and construction.

Under the watchful eye of Maria (The Edinburgh Canape Company), we learnt new skills, whilst sharing ideas and helping each other out.

Precision, attention to the detail, technique and creativity - not unlike the day job - meant we sat down to enjoy a fine spread later in the evening...
