Fresh Start - A Helping Hand!

Volunteering with Fresh Start - June 2024

We're not afraid to say the Formidables were exhausted after volunteering to make starter packs with Fresh Start (Scotland) last week.

Their staff and volunteers are dedicated to helping individuals and families transition out of homelessness.

Taking donations, sorting items, making starter packs, cooking hot lunches, language tuition, IT skills development and advice sessions are just a few of the services they provide.

An amazing bunch of people making a real difference for people who, literally, have nothing.

We're hoping the additional pairs of hands enabled some folk to receive their packs a bit sooner - thanks for keeping us in order!
