Form Design Consultants are delighted to be working with NHS Education for Scotland on the refurbishment of their Office and Training facility at Forest Grove House in Aberdeen.
Forest Grove House is a multi-tenant office building of which NES occupy part of the 1st Floor. A recent workplace analysis study found that the space was inefficiently utilised and excessive for their needs. Working with our client’s accommodation schedule, Form has developed test fit plans to show how a reduced floor plate of 7,000ft² would comfortably accommodate their current and future requirements.
In order to maximise the use of space and retain future flexibility, Form has introduced NES to the latest furniture products on the market. We have demonstrated how these would enable ‘smarter working’ and align with the cultural changes currently being adopted by the NHS.
Form has worked closely with the client’s cost consultant from day one to ensure expectations are aligned with budget constraints. We are delighted that the recently returned tenders are within budget and work now due to commence on site in January 2017. Form look forward to sharing with you photographs of the completed project in Spring 2017.
